This is the worst experience i have had in a long time. And the better business bureau will be notified of this. Before the mobile unit pulled up and took my cat i was told by the lady ( who is the owner ) that the cost would be 85/hr.
I gave her the cat, 10 minutes after i was called to the mobile van. She told me that the cat is unruly and she cannot continue to cut the cat. So i came inside the van and helped to hold the cat and help this lady do her job. After a struggle and being bitten by the cat cat the job was done. So for all practical purposes i fully participated in the grooming of the cat. When i asked how much the bill is , she said 150 . I was in complete shock of being gouged and taken advantage of. This business paractice is despicable and intolerable. This business should not exist.
