Avoid this place. I gave them a dress shirt to launder. I got it back with several dark wash spots, which is common at places that don't focus on quality work, but volume. I didn't check my shirt when I took it home from the cleaner's. When I brought it back to show them the spots, their quick response was a denial. So much for customer service. The first reaction should have been more apologetic. The stains were obviously wash stains. I've seen them before. Albeit, begrudgingly, they finally took the shirt back to try to remedy the situation. A week later I pick up the shirt and not only were the spots still there, a milky film transparently covered the spots. Apparently they tried to remove them with some white-out? LOL. The shirt was yellow, by the way. I just took the shirt and considered it a loss. It was an expensive shirt from Saks that I only wore once for an outing. THE WORST ISSUE WITH THEM IS THEIR ATTITUDE. THEY'RE TRITE AND DON'T REALLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR TO LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. If you care for you garments just avoid this place. Admittedly, cleaners aren't plentiful in this area, but go somewhere else and always photograph or video your clothes at the cleaners before you turn them in and always check when you pick up. BUT, if you do go there, please mention these reviews.
