Just like many of the reviews below the workers are RUDE! I went to buy Alex & Ani bracelets for gifts, the girl that took forever to even ask if I needed help, kept making snotty comments and sighing with every question I would ask. I spent $80 in 5 min and now I realize I should have just walked out, so I am definitely returning the items bought!

The people working in this place are very rude to costumers. It happened to me once and I didn't pay attention, because everyone has bad day. However I ask to one of the ladies for assistance and the answered by saying "what do you want" giving me a dirty look and attitude as if annoyed because I disrupted her conversation. That is no way to treat costumers.

I will never buy another Avi bracelet at this store AGAIN.
Their policy is outdated and skewed in their favor. Since when does someone give a gift of jewelry with a little tag still on it.
I had both the box and the receipt yet I was informed of their policy (which is posted in the store) and was not able to exchange it for another.
They are unreasonable and ridiculous.
If you want AVI and ANI GO TO THE MALL!!!!!!!!!

Goffin's is the Best! I shop there for all my gift cards, among others. They have an amazing variety of chocolates and a full line to Godiva chocolates. If you go there, definitely ask for the Boardwalk Crunch chocolate bar.
