The owner (Gary) of this "Go Green" chain is untrustworthy. They shrank an expensive item and the employees kept telling me they'd give him the message and he never called. Finally I stopped in one day and he was there- on the phone and I politely interrupted the call and explained who I was and he wrote my # down and said he'd call me and never did. Wish I had the time to open up across the street and compete. Stay away

I can't speak to the quality of the dry cleaning services, but I can inform prospective clients about Go Green's questionable business practices. I took my husband out for dinner for his birthday tonight at a restaurant that is adjacent to this business. We parked in a commercial lot that appeared to be shared by businesses on the strip, including the restaurant and the Go Green. There was another car in the lot, the dry cleaning business was closed, we saw no signs, and it appeared to be a legitimate place to park given that it was in such close proximity to the restaurant. After about half an hour into dinner, I went to my car to change my 1-year-old son's diaper, and found a boot on the tire with a note that I was parked illegally. I looked around and posted towards the rear of the dry cleaning business was a barely visible sign indicating that only customers could park there. Apparently even when the business is closed? I called the number, and the parasite I spoke to told me I would have to pay $70 in cash to get the boot removed and he would be there in 10 minutes. He shows up in an unmarked car and no uniform. I pay him his money and he removes the boot. When I returned to the restaurant, the server indicated that this happens frequently, and they've talked to the owner, but nothing can be done.

What I find most questionable about this situation is 1) how fast the "towing business" arrived after we parked when the business had clearly been closed with no one inside; 2) how the sign was clearly placed in a location where it could not be readily seen; and 3) how I had to pay a man with no uniform in an unmarked vehicle cash to remove the boot from my car. I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering if the dry cleaning business receives a cut of the parking fees (if not the entire thing if they own the towing service?). The only thing that stopped me from leaving my son's epic poopy diaper on the doorstep of this questionable business was the thought that they might have a camera and my plate numbers.

When you need something cleaned,do yourself a favor and DON'T GO GREEN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
