Feb.20, 6:00am bought round trip ticket Boston 7:50am, return from New York 10:00am.
In Newton I showed the ticket and women changed for 5:00 pm, but if I could make for 3:00 pm with free seat, I could take 3:00 pm bus to Boston. So 10am is crossed out, 5pm is corrected in computer.
I managed to be on the bus stop at 31W and 9 street at 3:00pm. I am standing in front of the ticket women, who is tapping on bus door, letting know the driver that he can go. She looked at me teasing "you misted, you misted..." She did not say "there is no free seat, or bus is full" I replay " you are no human". Bus left, I am frieze on the street for almost 2 hours at 74 years of age with arthritis.
What a German SS attitude this women has.
5:00 pm bus comes. She noted me. I am showing the ticket, she turns to somebody else, , she ask ticket again, I show, no response, I go to bus. All of a sudden she start to scream: "do not let her go to bus". I got inside. Now is drivers turn. "Show me the ticket" he asks, I did. "Step outside please" he goes. Why?? Your time is 10:00am and you crossed for 5"00pm. It took me three times to explain computer error. In mean time ticket women is standing in the middle of full bus screaming on the top of her lungs: "She disrespects me, I am not letting her on MY bus" this tirade goes 4, 5 times, unless one lady stud up and worn her that she will call police for disturbance.
It took us 5 hours and 50 min. to get to Newton.
If GOBUS employee hire ticket people with horrible working attitude, we, as passengers, are in bad hands traveling .
