Went in asking about a product i purchased at a different GNC location and what return policy was. All i can say is the lady/owner was one of the rudest people i have ever came across. Zero customer skills, telling me what i was saying was not true. Well after calling corporate and telling them what happened and having receipt of purchased emailed to me i had the last laugh. As a gym owner she will lose every single customer that walks through my door because i will make it my duty to make my situation known. A simple NO i can not assist you or maybe steer me in the right direction would of been a better client / customer move.
