After explaining my situation she dispatched a highly experienced field technician to troubleshoot my small business heating system. The tech was very skilled and methodical when determining what the issue was, got me up and running, then gave me options to both fix and maintain my system going forward. Whereas other local companies I called on were quick to replace the entire system (dual A/C and Heat) without investigating, Globe was perfectly comfortable doing only what was required (Heat Exchanger) to get me back up and running and shared many tips and minor alterations to address all my concerns about the unit's operation.
