AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This committed Medicare Fraud for $1687.. They billed me for a lymphadema pump only AFTER they sent me a return label to ship it back to them because they neglected to contact me for the length and width of my legs. Shipped it back as they were sending someone out to fit me for custom leg wraps and never did. They lied to my and my primary care doctor that they did not bill medicare for it and they only billed it after they sent me the return label to send it back to them. Every time I call; only the office manager Monica can help me, but with 8 calls since December 1st, 2015 and being asked to be patient they would call me back, the office manager is never in, either sick, on vacation, a day off or multiple deaths in her family.
Now I cant even get a pump from another company because they also refuse to give me a return slip for it, to give to another company. They are jeopardising my health and because of them the lymphadema on my leg has now spread to my arm and I cant get a pump from another company to keep it under control.
