I so agree, and the lady that handle the account susan, poor excuse for a manager...
I just checked my credit report today only to see that the have me in civil court for what reason i dont know...To my recollection, I paid them all rent due, plus i moved out and they kept my deposit....worst landlords ever....

Whether they're simply incompetent or actually negligent is hard to say, but these are the worst landlords I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
