I called to get customer service From Global Industrial for a Abbell-Howe Jib crane that they sell. CHARR, the worst customer service representative i have ever delt with answered the phone and quickly informed me that if i didn't have an order number proving i bought the crane from them that she would not help me in any way. I just wanted to buy parts. I will not do business here and suggest you don't either!

Got my item but parts were missing. After waiting a month for the missing parts to arrive (they never arrived). I couldn't wait longer so went to home depot to buy it. now i want to return and they keep on saying that they have to wait for RA from the manufacture. Lucky me that paypal refunded me for this.

Never Order any kind . order was Defected Item . now not getting refund or Replace. keep saying Manufacturer will answer. why deal with manufacture when paid to them.
one customer service put me UN-attended call . like i m talking to my self.
never go back to that side ...

We did not receive the item ordered and the tracking number they provided was invalid. After waiting two weeks we have been unable to find out from the shipping department what the problem is. The chat agents would answer and when they found out we were trying to track an order, one agent disconnected and the second said she could not help us. We were told to call or email customer service. Contacting customer service was not easy either. Several times I called and after the answering service picked up I selected the option for inquiring on an existing order. After that it was dead air space. Customer service just says they will send an email inquiry and will let us know when they get a reply. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Great company! I ordered an air conditioning unit for my father's business. There were some hiccups here and there but customer service was great in helping me out. Highly recommended!
