First let me start off, I love your hair company. A family member of mines been buying her hair from you for some years now. After admiring her hair for so long I was finally in an area to purchase some for myself. I went to your Bronx location on Boston Road, and I must tell you I was very shocked. One of your employees was very disrespectful to me and one of my family members. All because I asked her what would she recommend a frontal or a closure. I was so appalled that I couldn't even purchase the hair because the lady decided to come from around the counter to attack my family member. For such a fantastic franchise as this you would want to have polite friendly and professional people working for you. Hopefully I would get the chance to purchase some hair soon.

The customer service stinks!!!!
Why patronize a place that clearly don't want your money... I walk out of that place!!!!!!

The hair is great but the customer service is bad, I go to the Queens location often and the cashiers are normally rude and they have a lot of attitude. I think its because most of them are Jamaican, and being a Jamaican I can understand that even though you don't mean to come off rude that's just how you are. These ladies need to realize that this isn't Jamaica and you need to come off your high horses and become more polite. The hair is amazing even though it does shrink after months and months of heat damage and dying.

I remember years ago when this business just started from a basement in queens. It was my first buying experience. I still have the hair i purchased. Excellent quality from almost 10 years ago don't you think? Customer service was great because she explained everything about the hair to me. Now both the quality of the hair and the customer service is less than desirable. These are 2 essential items in business that should never diminish. But then its all about the clientele that you want to attract in the market now isn't it?

2 Stars for the Boutique… With many beauty supply stores to choose from, a startup franchise should seriously consider their customer service approach. If I ask about the quality of the hair I am purchasing and differences between them- then the representative/ sales clerk should be willing or at least seem willing to explain the features and benefits of the hair. The representative seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered. I felt like walking out. If a friend didn't recommend Glitzzy I wouldn't be there… Now I'm going to tell by mouth more than likely 10 possible customers about the not too pleasant customer service I received. Not to mention this review.. I am just 1 customer but we add up :-/ A smile wouldn't hurt either…
