Glenwood Hand Car Wash

I use to love this place. However recently their service has declined. The last two times I've been there has been very disappointing. The business is very disorganized. They have listed car wash packages but no description of whats included. The workmanship has become very poor. The last time my car looked like it was hosed down without soap or a sponge. My windshield still looked like it weathered a few rainstorms after the wash. There seems to be no attention to details. I must say the staff are very friendly and more than willing to fix the problem. However, it's a hassle to watch over them to ensure they actually do it right. I'm curious if they're under new management, which could explain the difference.

I know this place does good work but I just went there at 8:15 and it was closed, but it says they open at 8.

I always use this carwash. I mainly go there for one of my cars ( no track or conveyer) but at times take all 3 there. Fast wash and always a great job. I usually do just exterior wash, only because I do inside myself unless I dont want to do it myself. Inside and outside always left spotless.
If you have polished wheels, just ask them not to spray the wheel cleaner or your wheels or it'll turn them white and dull after.

I saw the other good reviews about this place and decided to check it out, since all the other car wash places I'd been to were average at best. I was not disappointed! Glenwood Car Wash really understand the importance of great service. They were meticulous about making sure every nook and cranny of my car was properly washed and dried. And just before I left, one of the guys spotted some stains on my roof that hadn't come off in the wash so he took the trouble to go get a can of spray cleaner and spend a few minutes rubbing it off. Awesome service!!!

I use this car wash all the time since I have a bike rack on my roof and need a hand wash. The entire staff pays attention to detail from wash to finish. I always get a wash that looks twice as much as I paid..$12.!!! Your selling yourself short by not stopping by.
