The good: the doormen, porters and super are fantastic! They always go out of their way to be as helpful and kind as possible.
The bad (which sucks when the good is so good): the rental office. They have been rude every time i have contacted them for assistance. Through their faulty account keeping i have been charged late fees that will not be returned ... WATCH OUT!!! Not cool when your money gets messed with.
