I do a lot of my own research, it is important as a young single female to be well informed. Going in, I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I went in, test drove the car, agreed on a price, signed papers with finance and was taught how to use the technology on the car all within about 2 and a half hours. The whole process was smooth, streamlined and painless. Every part of the process was pleasant, sales person knew the answers to all of my questions, was very polite, and test drove on both highway and side streets to see handling of car. He also did not pressure me in any way. The finance person was knowledgeable and the paper work was minimal and very fast. The product service representative was very tech savvy, and also again very knowledgeable about the car (as he should be). I was offered coffee/water repeatedly throughout my time there. It is reassuring to know that there are still places that treat you the way you want to be treated, especially in the car business. Well done, Glen Toyota.

Short version: Stay away from this dealership, unless you are interested in greedy, unprofessional, barbaric, and just plain mean customer service.

Long version: This dealership does not live up to the quality and "truly exceptional service" that the Toyota name stands for. I, like many others who have posted, was drawn into the dealership by an online price that I was told would not be possible to pay, as there are always additional fees that they add on for various reasons. I was told that I, as the granddaughter of a loyal customer who has purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years alone, would be waived an $895 "prep fee" and pay the same internet price as anyone else who walked into this place. My sister purchased a car from this dealership three weeks ago and never heard of a "prep fee". They said that this fee is what they charge for all used vehicles that come in to prepare them to be sold. Well the problem with this fee is that the vehicle was only used by Glen Toyota, as a loaner car to customers whose cars were being serviced. So why would there be a prep fee to prepare a car that was theirs all along? When we refused to pay the internet price plus the other additional fees because we felt we weren't being treated as loyal repeat buyers, they told us to take our business elsewhere. The manager of this dealership raised his voice at me in a very unprofessional manner and practically chased us to the door as we exited, yelling all the way. I have never seen such rude customer service in my life. I feel like the employees of this establishment are trained to use mind games and loud volumes to pressure, intimidate, and confuse their customers. They kept repeating to me things like, "You don't understand!" and, "You're not listening to me!" when I understood perfectly clearly what they were saying and they were the ones who weren't listening to us. Regardless, in any case of negotiation or disagreement, it is never okay to yell at a customer, let alone chase them out of the building. These people are barbaric and rude. They will never again have the business of my family. We left there and a few hours later I purchased a brand new vehicle from people who treated me with fairness and respect. I love my new car, so THANKS, Glen Toyota, for running me out of your terrible dealership and directly into the seat of my new vehicle! :)

Stay away as far as you can from this dealer. I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealer which was $11,000, and how did I ended up owing the bank almost $14,000 for the car loan when I gave a $2,500. down payment. The dealer added a $895.00 fee for only God knows what, then they added $1,300.00 fee of things that "were added to the car" which neither Fredy the manager or Mike the one that did my financing can explain. It was after the 5th time going back and forth to the dealer that they got my purchase papers because they didn't give me any copies of the papers I signed, they ask you to sign on a small black slot and you don't see what you are signing. It wasn't until I called the bank that i found out that i owed so much money for an old car. And and $485 motor vehicle expenses? Motor vehicle charges $170 in NY which includes plate and registration.. just trying to warn you so you don't become another victim This is a TOYOTA dealer, you guys have an image to keep. You should be embarrased. It should be a zero star option because that's what it deserves

WORST TOYOTA EVERRR!! Peoplee here are superrr rude, nasty!! Would NOT recommend it to nobody! Worst experience in my life, these people are no where professional.

Very bad experience with Glen Toyota, Their whole negotiation fundamental is wrong. They put lower sale price on the internet but when you actually go to buy the car, they add additional $1000. The manager say that They do this to attract the customer, I don't understand what is the advantage of attracting customer when they are coming with some expectation and budget in their mind. Finally what happen customer can not have deal. This is just waste of time.
Manager is not friendly, they will tell you 100 different kind of stories just to convince you.
I was so surprised the sales guy told me if you can pay this then we can make a deal and when i said yes, they denied and asking more money.
I will suggest not to go there and waste your time, better you find different dealer
