I could not be happier with the experience I had at Glen Oaks Dental Professionals. For me, going to the dentist has always been something that has given me much anxiety and fear since I was a little kid. I often avoided many visits to the dentist because of this. However when I arrived at the Glen Oaks office the front desk staff, all of who were extremely warm and friendly, immediately welcomed me. The ambiance of the reception area was very nice as well, I was able to grab a bottle of water and read current magazines before I went back to meet Dr. Shah.
Dr. Shah was not only kind and professional, but I felt as though he was talking to me as a friend rather than a patient. I am a very inquisitive person and many times have thought that the dentists I have been to in the past were not personable and did not make me feel comfortable. Dr. Shah allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to understand my treatment options. He was extremely thorough, while making me feel comfortable the whole time.
For the first time in my life I can actually say that I will be looking forward to coming in for my dental appointments. I would highly recommend to anyone that has a fear of the dentist or anyone in general for that matter to come to the Glen Oaks Dental office. You will not be disappointed.

They checked my insurance. Did x-rays. Immediately started on a root canal. Then they sent in the biller. Who proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $1,000 (in addition to what my ins. was paying them) just to finish the one tooth they started on.
They knew from the beginning that every dentist i went to in the past accepted what my insurance paid as "Payment in full"

Very sneaky, deceptive! Make sure to get the financial part straightened out before they touch you!

Dr Shah and his team of professionals are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!! If youre in need of dental help theyre the best in the business. Even when my fiance and I move to the Bronx, we'll still be clients.

They great care of me there. Amazing staff and Dr. Shah is quick and painless. Excellent quality of care and state of the art facility.

Had an appointment there last week and it was the coolest Dental office in the area. It was amazingly high tech. I had my own TV screen to watch whatever I wanted while I had my work done. Office seems new so definitely still needs work in the decor department, but definitely technologically advanced and doesn't compare to any of the offices in the area. The dentist, Dr. Shah, was really good. I didn't feel any pain and was comforting throughout. The whole staff was very patient with me and treated me with respect the entire time.

Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
