I was finishing a lease in a BMW and was looking to move to another make. I was skeptical of Volvo at first but decided to see their options. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2016 S60 and what it offered. I worked with Ado at the dealership who was exceptional from start to finish. He explained the options to me and made sure to highlight my areas of interest while touching on my areas of concern as well. He never pressured me even as I was asking about other options right up until signing the papers. He was very diligent about setting up all of the car's systems and following up several times to see how I have been enjoying the car. An wonderful experience all around.
