I have been to this place twice and I only returned bcs I was really satisfied with the job they did the first time. However, nobody will get me there again! I have a small dog mix of westie and jack russel and it took them 4 and a half hours to groom him! And since my dog has allergies I have specifically requested that I dont want any cologne on him or anything that will make him itchy and sure enough he was sprayed with a cologne when I picked him up! I dont just say things because i feel like it. We are fighting with allergies the entire summer, he had cone for two weeks due to excessive damage from scratching and here we go again! I understand they are trying to accommodate as many customers as they can but they would be better off making all of them satisfied by adjusting the schedule. I dont pay to have my dog closed in cage over the time while he is being groomed and to have him sprayed with products that i didnt agree on!!

Just moved into the area. Tried it for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly but most importantly my baby looked adorable afterwards. Definitely the go-to place for all my dog's grooming needs.

They are absolutely great with my dog! They give him a beautiful cut, know that we don't like him too short and not too long, and he's excited to go there everytime. Having had previous experiences where he was constantly scared of the groomer because he was being hurt, it tells me they are gentle.
My only recommendation is to change their scheduling options. We tend to play phone tag at times because every time we call it just goes to voicemail and somebody has to call back.

I brought my dogs here twice. The first time I noticed their cut was all choppy and uneven, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since my dogs can by hyper. The second time around the cut was even worse and the owner had a nasty attitude toward me and my partner.

Give it a try, but if they don't get it right the first time, don't bother with a second.

Me and my partner have been trying to find a groomer in NJ that we liked. Haven't had much luck until I went online and came across Glamour Pet Salon and Vanity. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was very friendly towards my dog Max and myself.( I could tell he felt comfortable too). Though it took longer than I'm used to- I was super happy with what I saw when my little Max came out. He smelled amazing and though I paid more than I usually do, I was extremely happy with it and will definitely come back!
