Giuseppes Custom Clothiers

At first, Isaac was very helpful picking out the fabrics and custom options available. I wanted a "non-iron" material since I do not dry clean my shirts and I also hate ironing. I normally get these shirts and wash/dry them myself. So I ordered six custom shirts and when I first received them, I could not have been happier. They fit and looked great. So I brought them home and washed/dried them to test the fabric out. - - All six shirts shrunk...so much, that all of them now look like muscle shirts. Isaac, was very confused as to why and how they shrunk, indicating that it might have been a fabric defect of some sort, adding that the shirts should not have shrunk. After about two weeks and no answers, his story started changing - saying that all 100% cotton shirts will shrink a little. He said to send the shirts back and he would re-make a test shirt. I explained that was fine, but I wanted a refund while the new test shirt was made. He agreed and I sent back the shirts. After receiving them he now tells me that the shirts did not shrink and he will not refund me the money. Now, after all this he explains it is normal for this type of shirt to require either a "...light press or light iron after being washed..." so that the shirt will once again fit normally. First, I know that is not true since I own other 100% cotton, non-iron shirts that require no such care and second, he never explained any of this after I told him what type of fabric I wanted.

CAVEAT EMPTOR

I used to spend $2000 a suit on Park Avenue until I saw a GCC sales person measuring a co-worker in the office. When I saw the prices I was very temped to just buy right on the spot but I decided to wait for my co-workers suit and shirts to come in. 1 month later I saw the final product and had to have one to. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. The sales person also helped me pick out the right style and cut for my body type.
Highly recommended to anyone!
The only problem is that there are so many fabrics and I was temped to get much more than I needed! But as a lawyer you can never have too many suits and shirts.

I heard about Giuseppes through a friend and had a sales person come to my office in NYC. A few weeks later the salesperson came back to my office and delivered the suit. The door to door service is veryyyyyy convenient. Not to mention the suit was exactly what I asked for and fit like a glove. He also brought several cufflinks to match the shirt I ordered as well. Ive been to a few other custom clothiers but I was very happy with the final product I recieved here in addition to the great customer service
