The slice has gone from really good, to "okay." But the reason for only 3 stars, is the customer service. Today they made my friend and I have a very awkward experience. We almost felt as if we were being frowned upon for only spending $5. We just wanted 2 slices after a long day working. :/ I feel bad because I recommended this place to my friend and she was given attitude by the man behind the counter. We were kind and did not behave in a manner that called for that type of response. I don't want to give up on the place yet though. -_-

Worst service. Waited two and a half hours for cold delivered food. Disgusting. They should be ashamed....also we've picked from there and we arrive and they are missing our order or the wrong order. Never again

Best pizza of the bronx family friendly very polite staff food is amazing this is the only pizza place my family will go to

The worst service ever !!! The menu showing here has a price they claim isn't accurate and demanded I pay what they say is the real price after I already told them that the menu states something else here and I ordered based on that.... Their delivery guy was knocking on my door for over 20 minutes for 2 dollars. He even threaten to call the police. Never ordering from them again. I called them and ordered from them by searching online and they couldn't even honor the price that is represented on here.....

Ok Pizza and good Lasagna. Fast. Cheap. Convenient. Don't expect premium service though.
