Giorgeos Fine Jewelry

I went to Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry because I was looking to design a custom engagement ring and I heard that they have a good reputation for custom designed jewelry. Not having ever requested a custom piece, I had no idea what it would entail. When I got there, Michael was more than happy to walk me through the whole process and explained the benefits over using one kind of metal or another and what each option would cost me. We worked with the store's jeweler to help me create the exact design I wanted. Now I'm proud to say that me fiancé’ has a one of a kind ring and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry for their wonderful service and amazing craftsmanship.

If you are looking, I would highly recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry. Their service is a class act! No pressure, very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the nice things is that the work is done in the store; there is no 2 week wait for your jewelry to get back to you. We left the store on a Tuesday with sized rings in our possession! They even cleaned and inspected my other jewelry that was not even purchased in the store! I would recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry to anyone considering a lifetime purchase. I recently decided to treat myself to a special piece of jewelry since it was my birthday. I wanted to find a women's Michael Kors watch to match one I bought for my husband from Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry a few years back.
I didn't quite see anything in their jewelry case that appealed. I have to admit, I am really particular about watch faces. None of the Michael Kors had what I was looking for. Aaron, my sales agent was really personable and sincere about finding what I wanted. He didn't pressure me or whiddle me for extra money like some retail sales reps do.
I found a fabulous Bulova watch that just spoke to me. It had a perfect face and a steel band that wasn't too shiny with brushed and high polished chrome.
From the beginning of my search, Aaron took my wedding ring and right hand ruby ring to have thoroughly cleaned in their ultrasonic cleaner. Both rings were returned to me, iridescent and sparkling. This is one of the signature services Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry is known for. I have always felt appreciated for my business, regardless of which Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry location I shopped at. I will always be a loyal customer as a result.

I purchased an engagement ring from Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry. Throughout my whole buying experience, the customer service was very helpful. Michael was very kind and helpful, providing quick responses and helped me select the perfect setting for the diamond I chose. He provided many pictures to show me what the ring would look like, and answered all questions/concerns I had about the ring. Even after I decided to purchase the ring, Michael continued to be a valuable resource, helping me through the process of paying for the ring, and answering questions I had about ring insurance. The engagement ring itself was of great quality - they were right when they said it would look far better than the pictures show. I am very happy with the product, and would recommend Giorgeo’s Fine Jewelry for the quality of their items and their great service.

AVOID!
Giorgeo’s is the “Boiler Room” of jewelry stores. The sales people here sell hard, but don’t care about what happens after the sale has been made. Their Selling, as well as Exchange practices are very deceitful. I haven’t mentioned the Refund policy simply because it doesn’t exist.
Guys at Giorgeo’s are persuasive and seem to be very fond of promoting “custom made” jewelry, assuring that they can “make” that beautiful piece of jewelry that you are looking for, even if it is not on their sample display. Unfortunately, not being jewelers themselves, they have a hard time delivering on these promises. In reality, when I came to pick up my order, it turned out that the product which came out of their “factory” was extremely crude and unattractive.
After being repeatedly insulted during numerous attempts to resolve a problem I lost about 50% of my down payment and instead of the other 50%, I received a different piece of jewelry that I didn’t actually plan on purchasing.
If you are planning to spend a sum of money which is significant to you on jewelry, please think twice before doing so here.
