Gill Lane Village

Its been a year, we have been living in this apartment, believe me, we love this house, location , facilities and round the clock maintenance (faced only 1 problem of water pipe freezed during winters) but we got all this done and repaired by the maintenance in half an hour's time. good friendly neighbours, maximum all are indians.... indian stores are nearby, wegmans is nearby, gym is walkable distance, toys r us andvgood restaurants are nearby too.... the apartment we lived (3rd Floor) in had plenty amount of sunlight for the entire day, it was great for us ......i had read some reviews earlier about this apartment, those were old and everything has been changed and renewed (all based on how you maintain your apartment and how frequently you clean it, that matters, or else, dirt and smells welcomes tiny enemies) .... our apartment had a new look, we loved it, the hall and bedroom space is wow !!! Had frequent get togethers at my home for 20 members... went well.... no tensions !!!

School is good - Indiana Ave School for elementary grade !!

We lived in this apartment for a year. Though it seems old construction but its well maintained. The apartments are nice and spacious. All the rooms are good size. We got a newly renovated one and were first to use it with granite kitchen tops, new carpet and bathroom. Seems they started renovating the units as they become available. Maintenance is good as well. Also the apartment is well located within 5 mins drive from metro park, mall and grocery and walking distance to gym. Also is 10 mins drive from the Oak tree road famous for India stores and restaurants. Lots of Indian live here in this complex. Only concern is during our stay we heard couple robbery incidents in the complex. One where a car was broken and other was in an apartment unit. This is what the management needs to address seriously. But this can happen in any other apartments nearby. If you clean your apartment properly and take care of any damages during vacating then definitely you are not charged for it and will get your security deposit back without any deductions as we received. I am not sure what others who lived here had to say in their feedback/review, but we definitely liked living here.

I have been living here for over 7 months now. The community is safe, neighbors are friendly and maintenance is a call away. I love the location, it is right on 1 & 9 and ramps to NJTP and GSP are very close. Woodbridge Mall, Menlo Park Mall, other independent stores and restaurants are in nearby vicinity.
