Horrible.
I called them to take a look at my gas grill that had tipped over. They scheduled me three weeks out. I politely asked for them to confirm with me the day before coming. They did not do so, showed up and I told them I didn't need their help. The guy who came yelled and demanded that I pay over $100 just because he drove out. I told him I would not pay and I received a letter from a creditor later on asking for over $150.00. I should have listened to other online reviews.
