Bad experience, after 4 years of mostly wash cut and blow I decided to have my hair highlighted the color was brassy like a copper penny, even my husband said it looks orangey.... I returned the next day and asked for a toner, after it was done I was told I would have to pay $20 for a blowdry... I had to ask the pregnant hair washer to blow out the top so I can see how the toner took place I was very upset at this point and spoke with the owner who said its our policy blah blah blah . I left with my hair half air dried in the winter visibly upset... just really poor service if the the color was correct in the first place I would not had to return. My opinion is client experience is the most important when running a business, I was so visibly upset if the owner really cared he should have taken the 15 minutes to blow out my hair and make sure color was right regardless of what "policy" is The color still isn't right and I will be going for a color correction at a specialty salon in the city.. guess what there "policy" is if the client is not happy for what ever reason they will redo color and blow for upto 30 days... take notes..
