Worst of the worst!

I went to this store a week ago as it is close to work. I replaced my wife's cracked iPhone6. They must have installed a faulty (or defective) screen on my iPhone 6. The phone has two spots like dots that were lit up when I picked it up. The spots looked like pressure points and they never existed when we bought the phone a year or two ago.

Well, without using the phone as it was always on airplane mode, the phone developed two straight line cracks, one horizontal and one vertical. Both cracks met at one of those light spots I referred to earlier.

When the phone was returned, I got concerned about those two pressure points on the screen. The employee mentioned "if you have any problems with the screen, we will replace it no cost". Well, $80 later, and $10 for the protector, the screen cracked. The phone was not used at all!

When I took it back, the owner said "there is nothing I can do about it". He offered for me to pay him again to fix it. The screen was faulty or defective. I would not pay him again to put that crappy material they use.

My advice to anyone thinking of using these CROOKS: stay away from this store! Pay $30 more to Apple and get it done right!

Fast & inexpensive. I just had my cracked iPhone 5s screen repaired. Ten minutes and $55 later and I feel like I have a new phone! I highly recommend this place for screen repair.

If I could give it no stars, I would!!!!!! I called four weeks ago, and the guy said it was no problem in ordering my screen for my phone. I had to keep calling to ask when it was coming in and I kept an answer that it was on it's way. Friday I get a call and he said he it came in at the other store, he just needs to pick it up. Saturday comes by with no call. Called back on Sunday and told him this is ridiclous. I am pregnant and due next week, I need my phone fixed. On Monday, he has someone else call me, and told me to come get my money back, because he couldn't get it the screen. LIARS AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my s4 phone to replace the screen and they did it quickly . only problem is the phone 40 % of the time would not detect my finger . i took it back for replacement and the same problem still there ..
took it to gsp and problem was solved ..

"A friend recommended ghost tech center in Clifton to do the repairs. they fix a ipone 5c & ipad mini & also a samsung s4 these guys are great. i will diffidently will have people come here.
