Ordered bandage scissors over a month ago, and havent gotten them. Called them two weeks ago and spoke with a lady who said my order was sitting in the factory and just never got shipped. She apologized and said she'd get it shipped express delivery and I should expect them in 1-2 days. A week later still no sign of them. Called again and spoke with someone whom was irritated because it was the end of the day and said he'd just have someone give me a call later on in the week to look at my order then when I explained to him what was going on he says oh were not sending that item out anymore because it's a bad product so were sending u something else. Another week later still nothing. Just called them again today and they had me speak to a manager who said hed have someone call me back and hung up on me. I just got an email with a tracking number and it will be here next week...... Dont waste your time, money, or patience.

When the has an item that is backordered, they have a tendency to never fill the order, and when people call looking to have the rest of their order fulfilled, the company has a policy to just tell people that its just going to be back ordered for another 2 weeks (without that being a true statement).

Basically I have contacted this company 5 times trying to get a pair of scissors that were backordered over 4 months ago. 1st of all, they don't even have an invoice for me anymore, so I guess they were never going to fulfill the order then ...so I had to send them my invoice to prove to them that I had even made an order. Every time I have called, they claim that they will ask their boss to look into the matter and that he is out till Monday. Funny, that he is always out till Monday. Also, I know that this is a regular occurrence, I am NOT the first person to become frustrated here.

I will be contacting the BBB is this is not resolved ASAP. I have a very strong feeling that they do not plan on being cooperative and that I will have to pursue further action.

As a note, I am a student who needs instruments for school. It is incredibly frustrating not having the items you ordered for class, and then loosing that money (and I do not have that much money to go around while in school) to a cooperation that is basically preying on people who are too busy and to poor to defend themselves.
