Horrible customer service. Now known as "Gerity Chubenko" funeral home, I was shocked and appalled when I walked into the funeral home the morning of the service and - I kid you not - DOG FECES were in the viewing room!!! It's hard enough dealing with the loss of a loved one, but to have to tell the owners to CLEAN UP DOG CRAP INSIDE THE FUNERAL HOME is outrageous. On top of that, they "forgot" to send the appropriate flowers to the church even after reconfirming the details, "forgot" to drive the procession past my loved one's home, and "forgot" to play a tribute video for the deceased. They are long on excuses and short on delivery.
