Been here over 15 years. Overall one of the better coops in the area.

This Coop Board is unreasonable at all. The buyer has high yearly income and excellent credit score no debt no mortgage. They let the buyer fill out application and information for more then 200 pages, collect $495 application fee. Then reject her after 5 month processing with no reason... Even the seller asked the board " What kind of resident you are looking for?" Beware, you have to be ready for wasting time and money if you want to buy the Coop there.
