Stay away from George Billis and his Red Dot. The man is a crook. He collected thousands of dollars from artists and galleries for Red Dot art fair in NY, canceled the fair three days before the opening reception and refused to refund the money. Artists traveled from all over the world just to hear his lame excuses and empty promises. What a fraud!
