Service Department systematically attempts to deceive customer by means of omissions and false statements - diverts attention from real issues with emotional responses.
External communication lacks basic literacy skills, integrity and respect for the individual.

Dont trust these guys... Went in for an oil change and told me that my oil pan was deffective and would be $400 for the job. They told me that the bolt that plugs the oil pan is rusted and if they take it out it may not fit back in. I paid $129 for this "diagnosis" and left the store because I knew it was a scam. Went to another shop, they checked my oil pan and the bolt was completely silver - no rust whatsoever, and promptly did an oil change without problems. These guys are leeches, watch out.

This is the best dealership! I bought 2 cars there in the past and about to buy my 3-rd car from them. Highly recommend! When it comes to VW I would not consider any other dealership!
They take care of you and make you feel like you are a part of the family. I wish all car sales people conducted themselves like these people. Give them a try - you are going to love it!

Always honest. Never pushy. It has to be one of the best dealers I've ever dealt with. The service department is excellent, with a well knowledgeable team.
