I needed contats by saturday for my best friends wedding. I ordered them on tuesday and received a call Thursday saying they were ready!! :) The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I recommended my whole family to get their eyes tested here.

So I lost my glasses while at a waterpark and when I was ready to fill my perception I went to GVS with my mother. For my first time here it was a great experience! I was kindly welcomed and was helped to find new glasses in no time. I was even complimented for my maturity. The glasses i got were about $450 and they took $100 off ! Then I wanted transition lens and even got a $50 deal on those. Knowing that I needed my glasses right away, they tried and rushed the transition lens to come in 4 days instead of 3 weeks like it usually takes! Seriously I love this place more than where I got my first glasses from!

This store is horrible they try and talk you into spending outrageous amounts of money on overpriced frames even when you have a eyeglass plan. One of the sales people is so obnoxious and thinks that she is doing you a favor waiting on you and seems disqusted when you pick a less expensive frame . I wonder if she can afford them on her salesperson salary,I doubt it.. The eye exam I received was a joke and when I asked to have the same contacts that I already had, I was told that they were not right for my eyes ( of course the ones this jerk prescribed were more expensive) turns out the lenses are horrible and I can't wear them so now I am returning to my eye Doctor that I went to for the first pair of lenses, who knows what he is doing and getting another prescription and I will go to General vision of Flatbush and get them free on my plan ... Don"t use this place btw: the saleperson and Doctor give each other "highfives" when they sell overpriced lenses, what a joke
