- Poor #228268

Go to Kew Cab. Purely for management reasons.
10 minutes out. Arrives 35 minutes later.
Rude on phone. Drivers are great though.
The stress and anger added from their rudeness, lateness and unprofessionalism sends me to Kew Gardens Cab.

Up side: drivers are always pleasant and great.

Called for a car and was told they do not have any drivers available. This is at noon on a Friday. I believe that it was because i was going a short distance.
