Let me start on a positive note I would 100% recommend Gencarelli’s their food is great. Now for the negative Gencarelli’s has a delicious sandwich under the “specialty subs” category. The # 20, which is described as turkey with melted fresh mozzarella with sundried tomatoes and herb mayo on the most amazing focaccia bread. The bread really makes the sandwich. To be honest I think it is the only reason I get this sandwich. The last 2 times I went here the folks at Gencarelli’s failed to inform me that they were out of the bread, the best part of the sandwich and took it upon themselves to use another type of bread which does not hold a candle to the focaccia bread. To say the least I am wildly disappointed with 1 the sandwich and 2 with Gencorelli’s duping me into thinking I was getting the best sandwich I have ever had and serving me this sub-par substitution. I’m not saying I will not go back, I’m just disappointed.
