My first time experience purchasing a precious gem online and it exceeded all my expectations! Vishal was the best! Far superior than any customer service in my 55 yrs of life!! He went above and beyond what was expected. Though the setting I got from somewhere else as my fiancé chose it, Vishal gladly went over to that store after the setting to ensure the sapphire I purchased from him, was ok! He was very, very patient, courteous, professional, and polite, and informative at all times...even when I called him many, many times, and went back and forth from one gem to the other!
