Dyal provided the best care and showed genuine concern when I requested his assistance to refinish my e hardwood floors. Having the previous floorer fall through I paid special attention to service given during the initial call (wonderful), and my meeting with Dyal.
He listened to my concerns and even took it upon himself to remove a couch set that would impede a perfect process ( I needed them dumped). I truly appreciated that he kept me informed of the progression of the service, as I was staying elsewhere during most of the week.
He is a perfectionist, and it shows in the way his staff take care in handling my possessions and ensuring nothing was damaged.
I would recommend him and hire him in the future for additional work... Special Kudos to Alonso! You are amazing!

I recently bought my first home. Upon referral of a friend, I took a contractor he suggested. The contractor guaranteed me he would do my bathroom kitchen and floor remodel without issues. This did not work out as he suggested. They completely messed up on everything, the floor being the worst, which included my hallway, bedroom living dinning and kitchen. When I got to my house that day I was in tears. The satin was a disaster, very uneven and ugly. The stain color was dark walnut. I immediately fired them after seeing my floors, when to computer and search for a licensed sanding and refreshing company. At that point I was done with referrals.

I research several local companies and decided on Gemini Floor Services. I spoke to the company secretary who told me I would receive a call back by the end of the day. I received the call, and spoke to company owner Dyal Ramnarine. I explained what transpired. He was very professional yet sympathetic to the situation. He offered me an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, and started his inspection, then concluded on a price. He was very detailed, assured me he would resolve the issue. The price we concluded on was very reasonable considering how terrible the floors looked.

On the first day the sanding was done, I was very impressed. The floor looked amazing and that was only the first set of sanding. I knew from that point, the finial finish would be amazing. After all sanding, stain and polyurethane, my floors was a beauty. I did not go back with dark walnut as I was traumatized. I picked minwax provincial, which turned out to be very stunning. I cannot say an adequate amount of thank you to Gemini Floor. Dyal and his staff, are professionals and very knowledgeable in what they. My only regret at this point is, not meeting them first.

OK I get it! You have been reading a ton of reviews in an attempt to find the right company
to do your floors. You can stop NOW for you have found it. I recently searched the internet for the kind of reviews you are reading here. Thought I would put them to the test and see for myself. Fact: every request and condition I made was met without complaint. The finished project was beyond excellent. My entire first floor (including subfloor) was removed leveled and new subfloor with Red Oak floor over that 3 coats of Poly (water based dries quickly)
were added. The workers arrived on time each day, and put in between 8 and 10 hours daily.
Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable with a minimum of inconvenience and a price that
was the best surprise of all.

My ONLY regret, is that this review may be too good and I will not be able to get them
back for other projects.

Gemini Services did the job very well. We refinished our whole house and Dayl made the floors look great with the satin finish on our parquet and pine floors and we have been enjoying them. Dayl is very accommodating, has good advice and has a reasonable price. I recommend his services.
