I called several times to get the price for an appraisal on my wedding set. Spoke with the receptionist who assured me a particular price for the set.
After asking the address and being told they do not have one, I realized it was not a convenient location. After getting there I soon realized they were not an independent appraisal place I was looking for.
She said she could give me an offer for my set. My appointment was for an appraisal. After insisting that I needed the appraisal my appointment was for the appraisal started. Half way through I asked about the band, the second ring in the set, she said that would cost twice what i was originally quoted on the phone. As two rings were not included in the price given? When I asked what she considered a wedding set to be she said 2 rings. A huge waste of time and money! Should have gone somewhere closer and cheaper! Clearly not in the business of good customer service. Do not go here, do not send your friends here!
