I am writing this to express my discontent with the unprofessional treatment I have received. My attempts to resolve the issue were basically ignored by your administrative director Karen Faulkner. Obviously I am not the only who has been ill-treated by the management there. There is a general attitude that is unacceptable. Our union patronage has helped build your business and to be treated like this is an outrage
