Every time I have had an issue with plumbing in our home they have been prompt, efficient, and very fairly priced. They are always quick to help and have resolved every problem we have faced in a professional manner. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our plumbing issues.

I have worked with the team at Gayson on several projects through the years. I should have given a review earlier. Here is what they do. They respond promptly to need for service. They show up on time. They are polite. They charge what seems to be less than I always expect it is going to be. They offer guidance on where to get high quality plumbing fixtures like faucets for a fair price doing so with no personal incentive. They're just professional in every regard.

Such a great Company!!! My Aunt who is 86 years old calls me up in a frantic state, telling me that Universe Plumbing from Seaford NY said her boiler was unsafe. I called Karen at Gayson Plumbing & Heating Co. they dispatched a service man within 1 hour. He cleaned the boiler and opened a valve and the heat is back on safe and warm! Gayson Plumbing saved my 86 year old Aunt who lives by herself $8,500 in replacing a heating system! That is the price that the clowns at Universe tried to extort from her after shutting off her heat in 30 degree weather!

I would not even recommend the service to my worse enemy.
Throughout my experience, the person who answered the phone (Karen) was always rude and short - customer service was non-existent. The only time she showed some friendliness was when I paied them at the completion of the job. The worse problem is that they used poor quality pipes. The pipes they put got rusted after only one year. When I contacted them about this and sent them the pictures, they told me I have to pay for them to come and fix this problem. I had to call another plumber because why would I pay to get poor quality service and equipment from Jack Gayson for the second time. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for plumbing services!

PROFESSIONAL & NEAT! Jack Gayson Plumbing handled our oil-to-gas conversion project from start to finish in a highly efficient and professional manner. All on-site workers were professional, competent and neat. Very satisfied with all aspects of the job. Quality work, fair price, highly recommended.
