visited one time for Something on foot. Receptionist requested $75 upfront fee because they couldn't verify my insurance although i took my valid insurance card and my card stated that no co-pay until it reaches $2000. I am far away reaching $2000 limit.Anyways, I paid $75 and $55 additional for silicon cover for my foot.
When i got Explanation of benefit from my insurance company and of course no co payment since i haven't reached my deductible.. I sent a fax for EOB and they would refund $ but NO answer and visited their office, they responded that they will get back to me later since the person who handles my account is absent. Their staff either didn't have knowledge or try to get extra money from patient pocket. I've never seen Doctor's office charge upfront fee when i gave valid Medical card.
I went to different podiatrist and they informed me that this doc's diagnosis was wrong too..
I will never visit this place or recommend to anyone.
