Chirag is a fantastic real estate broker – knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We chose Chirag when setting out to buy our first house. He started by explaining the entire home-buying process from start to finish. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly patient with us (and really got to know what we liked and didn’t like in potential properties), but he was aggressive in terms of negotiating a good deal on our behalf—the ideal combination in a broker. We ended up finding and purchasing our first home in Croton-on-Hudson thanks to Chirag’s skills and helpful demeanor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in Westchester, NY!
