Dr. Soto is rude and disrespectful . She is a black hole to her "profession". She yells at Parents with no provocation in front of the children. She is does not like to answer questions and appears frustrated that you have the nerve to ask a question. I filed a report against her for billing my insurance company twice when she did not see our child.

Dr. Soto is rude, unprofessional, emotionally unstable, limited. She denied to see a sick child without even seeing her or consulting. That might have been okay and i would've gone some where else, but she was a total displeasure.
