I sent my computer in because I had a bad fan that was vibrating the whole computer, not only did they fix the fan but they cleaned the insides and outside too, it looks like it is brand new again.

I have a 2007 IMAC that crashed so I had to do a hard shut down since the screen was frozen. When I tried to restart computer the screen had lines. I went to apple store and a Genius said it was the video card and not worth fixing it since it would cost several hundred dollars to repair so I might as well buy a new computer. Then they offered to recycle my computer for me.

Well let me tell you I went to Gatecom USA who repaired my computer in just 3 days and it cost less than $200 to repair video card. Knowledge, great service and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

I would give no stars! Very bad store. I would never go there again. first very expensive, second very greedy, third, not professional and does not know how to fix Iphones!!! I paid $70 for a screen plus$100 for my Iphone to be fixed he said $100 if fixed and $30 if not. The iphone stopped working after 10 days and he did not wanna do anything!!!! I did not fix my iphone to work for 10 days!!!!! very bad store. looks for money only!!!!

Really? Don't ever visit this store for your inquiry.I really wish i could give this store a minus star.. I had to ask a question about PC problem and he gave me the look of "what the hell is your question and please don't bother me" i'm like..are you serious about doing the business? Oh man. I would never and ever visit this store again for any PC related matter.. I recommend you guys to avoid this place at your best. I would rather not have a PC in my life.. hated this place so much. NO COMMENT.

These guys have been incredibly helpful to me parents over the last ten years with all manner of computer and phone problems. I used to buy all my computer parts at their store. The price were reasonable and the service was excellent.
