I have been coming here for 10 years and I always have fantastic results. They're so clean and nice, and the staff is all friendly and really detailed in everything they do.

I don't normally do things like this but I feel its necessary. I had been going to this salon for about 2 years on and off. In May, I had acrylic tips put on. On July 2nd, I went in for another fill, and the girl did not even seem like she wanted to be bothered. I specifically asked for her to make them thicker. Because of the business I work in, I am constantly doing heavy typing (100+wpm). She was nasty and sarcastic about my request. She filed them so much that it felt like one of my nails were burning! I noticed while drying that one of the nails had an air pocket. At this point, I was there for 2+ hours and just wanted to go home. In less than a week, the nails began to chip at the edges and all of them started to lift. I went in today to explain what had happened and asked for them to remove the nails and do a new set at a discount...I wasn't looking for a freebie, but after all the money Ive spent there this was the least they could do. Not only did they refuse to give me a discount, they turned around and said that it was my fault! I will absolutely never go there again, there are a million other nail salons in Staten Island that will take the money I give them without a nasty attitude.
