The HeliFix BowTie HD project to reinforce the facade of our brick house was a very much greater undertaking than I expected. Scarcity of first hand installation instructions and HeliFix products was a great part of the problem. The first vendor of HeliFix I contacted was Extech. None of the three branches I contact responded with the information they promised. You were quick to provide information and costs.
Your help was invaluable to the success of the project. You listened to my problems and responded with an understanding of the products. In addition you contacted the company on my behalf to find out why some products were not listed. (Not all HeliFix products are sold in the US, even though they are used in their website and videos.)
In my fifty years of working with parts, materials and counter men, you are outstanding.
