Ive been there twice so far. They were very pleasant. The Doctor knew what was wrong with me before even examing me. Called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I would recommend them again.

Very nice and helpful people work there. The Lady from front desk Magdalena helps for my girlfriend with all the paperwork, medical history, translating medical language words to my native language. All in all I will definitely go there again for some regular tests : )

The CEO, Magdy Mahmoud and his rude unprofessional Wife, Margarat does not treat their staff well.

They are a phony Crooks!
Don't pay checks on time. as per CEO wife the checks will get there when they get there.

Missed hours on your check, I'm talking 12 hours or better.
No lunch breaks.
No benefits until after 6 months of employment , NO LIE.
1000 monthly out of your check for health insurance. ( That's for 1 person imagine if you have a family.)

Do not expect to get good pay , expect to get under paid.
Beware of the wife , She will say anything she wants to say to you, Even if that's calling you out of your name like "Bird brain" or "Your Trash".

Other than this the staff somehow manage to be happy and friendly. The providers are amazing,They all love what they do.

Recently I did DOT recertification exam. The service was great. Magdalena at the front desk processed the paper work very professionally with care and patience. Also the medical staff member Rawan did exceptional job checking my blood pressure and etc. I almost felt like I was getting home service. Thank You Very Much.

This does not allow for NO STARS, so I will give ONE!! No Stars here!!! Absolutely horrible bedside manner! Went in for a concern about a cyst on my leg, and walked out of there in tears because the APN on duty had no personality, she was a cold person. She did not even introduce herself when she came in. She talks to you like you are an idiot. This is not the first time I have had problems here, but I figured give it one more try, how bad could it have gotten? Well I will never step foot in there again. She got me so upset with her use of words, telling me to go for an ultrasound because it could be a tumor? I told her it shrunk from last week, I'm not stupid, tumors don't shrink on their own..Besides my chiropractor gave me a better diagnosis, a cyst, and she is far better mannered than this chick. I went her as a second opinion, never ever again. If you want professional service, do yourself a favor and find yourself a MD.
