If you are renovating your bathroom or kitchen this place is a must stop. The tile is here is nearly half the price you will find at other places. My special order came in within 5 days. The owner is extremely nice and helpful.

The store isn't going to blow you away by it's extravagant show-floor design that you see in other tile places. However, the prices and the staff will leave you forgetting about all other tile stores.

Drunk! they are alcoholic. believe or not but this is reality. i went there and i see two men seating outside drinking wine. and they fully alcoholic. i didnt even go inside store neither they invite me. i wish i could upload picture here as i took it to post online with my review but google has no option.

All I can say is "Run away as fast as you can" They are the masters of "Bait and Switch". Very quiet and sweet talking and appear to be reliable and glad to take your money. Then I was delivered a different cabinet style than what I wanted. Even with drawings and a sample of the door frame in my hand - He still managed to order the incorrect cabinets. Then when I requested to have him make good on my order - his response was "That is what I signed the contract for and that it would cost me a 25% restocking fee". Several times while we were talking I reiterated the style and color and him acknowledging it. It should also be noted that what I received was lesser quality than the cabinets I wanted. Of course the price sounded good -- he was quoting a lesser quality cabinet. With my order of over $7000 for cabinets only he said that he would throw in 25 sq feet of tile for the back splash. When I returned to get the tiles, I was told that since I did not buy the granite counter top from who he sent me to, that he did not make any money on that counter top order and that he could not give me the tile. He never said or put in writing that buying the counter top from his supplier was part of the deal. I tried going to the place he suggested but they were closed - even though they were supposed to be open. I even called the day before going to check if they were going to be open. When I called him from the granite place his only suggestion was to go back another day. He did not even offer an alternative supplier. I went to Newark and got exactly what I wanted for less money and none of that money was kicked back to Garfield Tile. I was offered a so called good price for the tile I wanted ---- However, his so called good price was over $1.85 per sq foot more than what I was able to find in several local places. Bottom line -- his prices for cabinets and tiles are not any better than many reliable places. Don't waste your time going there. There are many reliable and trustworthy cabinet and time suppliers in NJ. Run do not walk as fast and far away as you can from Garfield Tile.

Had a great experience at Tile Outlet in Garfield - great selections, I bought my kitchen cabinets, granite counter top, back splash, bathroom marble and my pool pavers. They delivered the cabinets to my kitchen and the tiles on my second floor bathroom on time. The owner (l learned that he has a culinary degree as well) designed my kitchen very professionally. He answered all my questions about the design and the product. I paid almost half off for the cabinets and tile prices were almost one third off retail. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
