I booked this hotel on accident - meant to state at a different hotel by the same company. They would not work with me to transfer to the hotel that I needed to state at so I am taking a taxi in each day. The manager was not helpful nor caring. Carefully book with this hotel.

The location was quiet (for NYC) and personal just like they advertise. The room was beaurlful and clean, with a comfortable living area and a small kitchen. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
