Garden State Photo Booth

they were great!!!! on time, made things so easy and stress-less. They have ALL of our photo booth photos posted in a link online that i can still view 6 months later. They were so easy to work with and beat everyone else's pricing! :)

Vlad and his team were incredible. They took amazing pictures which they already had ready and showed at the reception. They have that creative vision and skill that make all pictures look great no matter where they are taken! Photography and videography are one of our bigger expenses for the wedding but they are all worth it because the quality of their work is beyond what is expected. I cannot wait to see more of our professional pictures and video!

Imagine planning your dream wedding, everything falling into place perfectly until 48 hours before your wedding a Hurricane destroys it all. Well, that’s what happed to me. Hurricane Irene canceled my 8.28.11 (first hurricane to hit NYC in decades) wedding. The storm forced me to postpone my original wedding placed and hold my reception which was supposed to be in a NJ ballroom to a local restaurant 8.29.11. In the midst of all this chaos Garden State Photo Studio was not flexible AT ALL. They wanted to charge me a re-scheduling fee! Hello- the city is shut down, it’s not my fault plus they couldn’t get my NJ venue on 8.28.11 even if they wanted to!
Because I was now having a small reception at a NYC restaurant I contacted Garden State Photo Studio for a refund, well of course Garden State Photo Studio would not budge. In the midst of chaos they showed no heart. Believe me, I would’ve love to have a photo booth at the restaurant but the restaurant wouldn’t allow it. Garden State Photo Studio refused to even offer a partial refund! I am out over $400 for a Photo-Booth Rental I never used. They’re solution is for me to auction off my deposit. I am not sure who they think I am but I wouldn’t know where or how to do all that.
This company does NOT care about their clients at all and is simply a money hungry, heartless vendor.
All of my other vendors were compassionate and understanding of my situation and worked with me, EVERYONE except Garden State Photo Studio. They were the only vendor not will to work with my wedding being canceled. Can you imagine dealing with a vendor like this when your dream wedding has been canceled due to a storm; no fault of your own?
If you are looking for work with a vendor with heart and compassion, this is not it.
