I went with a sore shoulder, carry my own x-rays, the doctor did not last even 5 minutes with me, did not give me anything for the pain and they charged me 475.00 and only have a referral to a chiropractor. today I still have the same pain. I did not help at all. Now I have the same pain over a debt of 475.00. I do not recommend to anyone

They took me same day so I was okay with a PA. I could not get information on how to take care of my injury. Was told they would call me to set up MRI. Three days later they called back to set up the MRI. Feels like a mill trying to churn through patients. No real care, don't know if you ever get to see a doctor. Took my ex-rays and headed to another doctor.

I can't say enough to praise this group. They are far away from us but we gladly make the trip as all of the staff we have encountered have been professional, compassionate, honest, prompt, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need.

We called up after having been denied at other facilities, and they heard our story and got us in there the next day to see the doctor. Surgery was scheduled for less than two weeks from then, and the staff where absolutely amazing to work with to make sure we had everything prepped to go. After the surgery, we would get follow-up calls 1-2 a day to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed.

Extremely rude staff and the Doctor himself. my son had an injury on sunday we took to this practice early monday morning. while i was begging with receptionist to take my son whenever she could the doctor was sitting by her side.. atleast all 30 minutes all was there.. there were no waiting patients. nut they refused to see my 4 year old son was in extreme pain and told me y i didnt take him to ER. on top of all the doctor starting fighting with me that once we told u that we r booked y r u insisting on being seen.. and he said " I was being ridiculous" . i dont understand how cud i take an appt on sunday or knew ahead of time that this accident will happen. Pls i request everyone to go to any other practice but this one cuz these ppl have no heart.. only money making business minded doctors who r probably salaried and dont want to work n accomodate a patient.

I had my ACL replaced by Dr. Bernstein in April 2010. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He dedicates his time to know his patients and their concerns. He will go out of his way to make sure, pre- as well as post surgery, you are well informed and knowledgeable about the procedure he will be performing. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
I cannot say the same for some of his staff on the other hand. I had better luck getting Dr. Bernstein personally on the phone (he returned my call immediately after I left a message on his answering service) then getting an apt. through his office. If you leave a message for any of the doctors at this office it might take a few day before the doctor gets it, if at all.
