Boy was this experience awful...

First off, I called asking how much their awards cost and what type of awards they have. As a first time customer shopping for awards/medals I had no idea about anything in the business. When I called and asked for Blank Medals that I needed in five days, he called me "crazy" and that I "didn't know anything about this business" and then he hung up the phone on me.

I realized that this place wasn't very customer friendly. However, still needing my work done, I went to his store in Kennedy Blvd. and decided to talk to him in person. He and his employee were in the back talking to each other while I was looking at the medals on display and I called my co-worker (on the phone) to inform him of the different products they had and all of a sudden he comes up and says "may I help you" while i was on the phone. I reply "Give me a minute" and I don't know what got in his pants but he replied "I don't have a minute, you're wasting my time and money." I knew on from there that this isn't a customer friendly business and that he must be too busy for his customers...He also mentioned that he needed my stuff ordered four weeks ago if I wanted it at the end of that week. FOUR WEEKS??? Seriously? I called him pathetic and walked out.

I would not recommend doing business from this store and that you're better off going elsewhere or online like I did. His personality is just as bad as his service.
