Possibly the most horrible office experience I have ever had. To begin, I waited in the waiting room an hour for my scheduled appointment. When called into the exam room, I was just so relieved to be out of the main office. But oh wait! It gets better! Once in the exam room, the nurse checked my blood pressure and asked me the routine questions, and then left letting me know the "doctor will be right in." Oh, that was far far from the truth. I waiting in the exam room for FOUR HOURS! I only wish I were joking. I and I wish I could say that this was a one time thing, but my second appointment with them went the exact same way. It is a mystery to me as to why this place is still open for business.

eff this place! every time there's always something.. The only prescription I take is birth control and these people mess it up every time! I always have to call the pharmacy to make sure my prescription was called in by my doctor (who knows which one it might be because it's never the same one). Not to mention that there's always an extra charge for lab tests and things they never bring to my attention at the visit (aside from my co-pay). On top of all this, the staff is rude!! When you call, you're not actually calling the office you visit - instead, you're calling some answering service who doesn't know what the hell is going on. And how could they? They have nothing to do with the medical profession they pretend to be a part of. I can't believe how the last operator spoke to me, so disrespectful.. when I am calling to fix a problem that THEY caused!! That was the last straw - that's what made me switch my doctor and that's what made me write this post. I never write reviews but you ladies need to know that this place will make you want to pull your hair out (or pay them a visit and pull theirs out, lol). Done!!!

If you have hours on end to waste then this is the office for you. These people do not know how to schedule appointments. All I wanted were the results of my lab work. Last week I walked out after 1 ½ hours of waiting. I rescheduled and thought I was smarter this week by calling first. It made no difference. I walked in, the waiting room was packed and when I sat down the woman next to me told me she had been waiting for 2 hours. I should have known this office was a mess when I went in for my checkup. I asked what was going on when they were out of gloves, out of needles, out of soap in the bathroom, out of paper towels and the list goes on and on. I needed blood work done and it took 6 people sticking me 6 times over 75 minutes for somebody to finally find a vein. Never, ever, ever again. There are lots of doctors. I don’t need this place………
